digital Strategy. Research. Creative Direction.

Sixteen years of professional practice across sectors.

Dr. Kimberly Fomby Jefferson, Ed.D, builds digital ecosystems and visual storytelling experiences that move mission-oriented organizations to measurable impact.

Built on inquiry. executed with vision.

Dr. Jefferson brings something rare to mission-driven organizations: doctoral-level research rigor and 16 years of senior creative experience — in the same room, at the same table, inside the same engagement. Her recently published dissertation on the lived experiences of Black women business owners reflects both the depth of her scholarship and her commitment to centering the communities that most organizations are still learning to serve well.

That same orientation shapes how she approaches every client: understand the audience before designing for them, and understand the organization before advising it.

She works with nonprofits, universities, cultural institutions, and mission-driven brands, navigating significant digital moments.
